NORTH EAST OHIO ONLINE AUCTION TERMS
By submitting a bid on any North East Ohio Auction sale, the Bidder agrees to all terms listed below.  There may be additional terms, depending on the sale.  Please refer to each sale for additional terms.

Buyer's Contract

A bid is a legal binding contract by the Buyer.  Buyers are responsible for honoring their purchases and payment is required when the auction has been completed.

Bidder Registration

All bidders are required to provide their home address, phone number and email address.  A valid credit card is also required upon registration. 

Bid Increments

Depending on the auction, the starting price is sometimes increased or reserves may be added on limited items.

Auction Closing Schedule

Unless otherwise noted each online auction closes one (1) item every sixty (60) seconds.

When a bid is made in the final two (2) minutes, the item will automatically be extended for an additional ninety (90) seconds.

Payment

A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to each invoice.

Invoices will be automatically charged at the end of each auction using your credit card that is on file.  An invoice receipt will be emailed to you after the end of each auction and payment has been processed.  We use Stripe as our payment processor.  Your credit card information is stored on Stripe and not our website.  It is very secure.

Merchandise Pick-up

The pick-up location will be posted on the winning bidder's invoice along with the designated pick-up time.

If you cannot make the pick-up time, please arrange to have someone you trust pick-up the item or arrange to have us ship you the items (additional charge).  The person you have pick-up your items will need the invoice for the item listing that it has been paid.

NOTE:  We will hold onto items for a MAXIMUM of Fourteen (14) days, if you contact us prior that you cannot pickup your items on the scheduled pickup date.  We will accomodate as best as possible, but cannot guarantee you will get your purchased items after this Fourteen (14) day period.  There may be additional charges if we need to transport your items from the location of an estate to our warehouse.

Shipping

Send Email - Send us a shipping request.  We will process your request in 5-7 days.

Inspection of Merchandise 

The condition of each sale item is represented in the description of that item.  There is always room for interpretation with describing the condition of items.  Please understand that many of the items we sell are from an estate, are in used condition, and will show general signs of wear and tear.  If you need additional information about an item, please contact the Auction Manager of that sale.

All sale items are sold “as-is”.  There will be no warranties or refunds for items that are found to be in non-working condition.  We will do our best to test all items and list whether they are working or non-working under the item description.  We may also list items as “un-tested”, meaning we do not know of the working condition of that item.

Use of Site

North East Ohio Auctions, LLC and its Associate Sellers will not be held responsible for any interruption in service or errors during the auction process.

Buyer acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically, relying on software, hardware and a good internet or wireless connection.  Malfunctions may happen from time-to-time, without notice, that affect a Buyer’s ability to use the site. 

North East Ohio Auctions, LLC may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision by North East Ohio Auctions, LLC is final.

Indemnification

Buyer agrees to indemnify North East Ohio Auctions, LLC or Clients for any damages or losses. Buyer will not hold North East Ohio Auctions, LLC or it’s Clients liable for accidents, injury, theft, or incidents related to this purchase. 

If you require shipping for your item, email [email protected] that you would like your items shipped.  Your card on file will be charged for shipping (including a $5.00 processing fee).  All orders will be shipped within 7 days of the close of the auction.
