PICK-UP FOR EACH ONLINE AUCTION

Please pay attention to the pick-up date, time and location for each auction.  This is listed at the top of every auction and on every invoice. 

If you cannot make the scheduled pickup and you win something, you need to let us know.  We can ship your item or transport it to our warehouse for pick-up at a later time.  Additional charges will apply for shipping.  Additional fees will apply for transporting if it is a large quantity of items or large items.

IF YOU NEED SHIPPING

If you need items shipped, send us a message, email or text stating that you would like the items shipped.  We will process your request within 3-5 business days.  Your card on file will be charged for the shipping cost and you will receive tracking information by email.

HOLDING OF ITEMS

We will hold items from auctions in our warehouse for 14 DAYS.  After that time, the items will be put back into our inventory.  You MUST communicate to us if you cannot pickup your items.  We will be as accommodating as we can!
